My grandmother was referred here for orthopedic shoes. She went in, provided her insurance information, her foot was measured, she was asked to select a shoe style and color. She was told someone will follow up with her to pick up the shoes. 3 months later we call because we had not heard from anymore. A man answered the phone, he was rude and immediately informed me they do not accept metro plus. Why were we not made aware of this when we went in ? Why would they take her insurance, measure her foot and ask her to select a shoe if they didnt accept her insurance? This is unacceptable.

This place is complete SCAM they did my taxes and charged me over 1,000 dollars and messed up my return in the process DO NOT TRUST THEM IVE REPORTED THIS BUISNESS TO THE IRS this man messed me up he even threatened to sell my kids socials all recorded calls for evidence and wouldnt help me after completely blocking all contact when asked for copies of paperwork SCAM SCAM SCAM

This is also a medical supply store. The man working there is very rude and has absolutely no manners what so ever. I would give this 0 stars if i could.
