humanities medical supply

Needed a pair of custom shoes made with orthotics-inserts. My ankles are fused and walk with a slight gate. So therefore, I cannot just wear any shoe's made for anyone made from Mexico, China, Thailand or any- where else {Which i consider Crap shoe's for my feet} Due to my medical condition ! They have to be {"Custom Made" Designed to fit only My Feet!} Which I don't think This Co. knows how to deal with such they make it look like it with the Moulding of your feet and all but when getting the item?? wrong size TOTALY! Anyways >Upon meeting a Senior Rep. from this Co. who ""was employed"" by this Co. at point in time but no longer is due to feeling "something not right within Co." as stated. I found this out when having to send 1st pair back from CHINA! AS CHINESE SIZED FOOTWEAR! Not even American sized! What kind of Co. ""does not know"" the size type of products they are selling within their ""medical supply store "". then the Sales rep from the store get the run around from the owner with no response's 3 different time re: replacement of my shoe's. When I find out the Rep. quit working for the Co. I had to start calling to find out where my shoes were.. the Owner who both times gave me the same run around they were back ordered by 2months?? really???? I have been wearing & dealing with Co.'s for over 15 yrs. wearing custom shoe's & never had to wait more than 2 weeks & only one time out of over 15 yrs. was there a problem & was resolved with 3 days. this Co. after me calling 3 weeks says they are mailed out! they say to my home the receipt only shows to the township where i live the tracking shows for the past 10 days its been floating around the state as the address was never formally put into system as to be put on receipt, which I had to clear up in order to have my shoes if they are correct size come to me if not the 2nd set will be returned by me the first set the Co. is on their own legally i did what i was supposed to do as a client i returned them back to their sales rep. when he was still employed.Because of this Co. was to lazy to do so , I spent the time on USPS WEB SITE FILLING OUT PAPER WORK TO RESOLVE ISSUE OF THE SHOE'S ARRIVEING TO CORRECT ADDRESS NOT THIS Co.! On top of this the X representive has the first pair of shoes telling the owner he must come and get them as they had been returned due to wrong size two months prior!!!! // The co. refuses to go pick up shoes from the x sales represenitive & wants me to go and get them and send them back to them ?????? this is the type of Co. you will be dealing with if you so choose to deal with them !! a big ZERO in my book!

They need to change their name to INHUMANITIES because they are all about the almighty dollar NOT about actual health care.. they said they won't put a rx through because they only get back $10-15 for a $40 product henceforth they care LESS about patient needs for better health. They only in the medical supplies field for money not to help you. Fyi .. I even called ahead of time before having my doc send the rx and they said they DO have the item & that to send the rx to their fax #. I went thru allll the trouble just for them to say they would lose money if they process it thru the insurance! That's illegal on their part! They need to just close down!
