        Not any particular location. I've only been with Essen a few months, and already I've seen instances where; Essen treats its employees subpar. Now if Essen doesn't care about its employees, why would I think they care about me? It's like a family. Employees are immediate family. Whereas I as a patient, am like an inlaw.

        So Essen has sucked for me but this trip along with a prior trip to university ave I encountered the specialty care manager who changed my mind about the company.. Kenyolie is amazing. Dr Link is amazing. The CNA Lamin is amazing the receptionist Tiffany.. amazing. The rest of your company should really take tips from these people. Thanks to them.
