Horrible I been there hold the patient for long few doctor let the building and the security guard he us the good part he always standing there but also have a great communication I saw a new one I don't think one guard will fix the budge is that clinic going down the hill

This clinic holds a special place in my heart. So much that I travel almost an hr on bus to have both my kids seen. We've been coming here for 8 yrs. A lot changed after the pandemic but I still never have any problems. I always try to be there 10 to 15 mins before my scheduled appointment and I'm always seen quickly. I also always get the early appointments. If you get there way earlier than your appointment time, you might wait the remaining time outside the clinic. They only allow a certain amount of people inside at a time. Which I think is great. Less chance of my baby catching something. The doctors and medical staff are friendly, caring and great listeners. Dr. Kopa and Dr. Sacasa are amazing. Thank you so much for all that you do!

I have been coming to this doctors office since I was about 3 years old and when I had my own child I decided to take my daughter here. The doctors are great, but the front desk is absolutely horrible. They do not give you accurate information, are extremely rude and unwelcoming. So much that I will be finding a new doctors home for myself and child. Honestly all Montefories have depleted due to their front desk staff they have. I thought it was just the dentist office that was bad but its the overall system and training services of MONTEFORIE.

I'm 50/50 about this place. My kids doctor is great but the front desk is very unprofessional. I ask my girl to please change our kids primary. I love the convenience of it being 5 blocks away from my apartment but just like any other business, if the customer service is horrible you more then likely never wanna come back.
