Essen Health Care Primary Care

I have been going to Essen for a year, just not this trash one; I knew something was wrong when it was being opened. Ive gone a total of three times and two of the visits there wasnt a doctor on site. But stay open, make it make sense

Front desk people are kind of mean, but doctors and nurses are very nice.

Went there to check my son and it will be the first and last time, first no pediatrician available, they told me that it would be virtually, ok I ask for strep throat test and they did the COVID instead came out negative then they actually took his vitals my son was crying and agitated his heart rate was a little "high"because he was crying obviously. the nurse take his temperature from the right side of the neck it came 100.1 then she tries again it came 98.4 My son was throwing up and a light fever, I asked for the strep throat test cause he gets that frequently and is always the same symptoms. So then they put me in front of the computer to talk to the doctor which I never saw cause never turn camera on. And she was saying take him ti the ER because his heart rate was right. I tried to explain to her he was crying and agitated and I asked again for strep throat test and she refused to do it. I got upset and took my son and left. I went to Montefiore and guess what heart rate was normal, no fever and strep throat test was positive. I knew it but the doctor in this urgent care refused to do it. That's very irresponsible.
