Staff is rude and the quality of jewelry is sub par. Zales overall is the worst.

Horrible service the two times I came in. 3 workers in the store and only one willing to help while one gentle man watches out the window and the female does nothing. Had to wait over 20 min to be helped and the store had one customer. Worse service ever, and when you call customer service, you only get an apology and the dm will look Into it. Oh not to mention they give a print out of one policy only to have customer service tell you another and that the store shouldnt have had that printed out.
