I purchased my diamond at this Zales Location going on three years now to this date and the experiences Iav had from that day to now has just been exceptional. I am one thats big on customer service and meeting true genuine individuals that are compassionate happy hearted people that truly love what they do for a living.I must say I have meet one of those wonderful type of individual, one of the managers Ms Samaya she is very attentive and great at what she does, any issues that arise she always go the extra mile and help me to feel at peace.We need more managers like her someone that take the time to hear you out that is very knowledgeable about their craft. I want to say a big thank you for all your help over the years;}

OMG If you want a salesperson that really cares about you and wants the best for you, Rafina is the lady you want hands down. Rafina will make sure you leave the store happy. She is such a beautiful person inside and out, they have a true a GEM . She shines just as bright as the diamonds in the store. I cant thank her enough. Go see her NOW!!!!!

Zales has had my watch for over a month. They told me 3/4. Ive been calling all week with no updates, no call backs, no information on my item!!! This is crazy, a regular jewelry store in a mall doesnt even conduct business like this. I advise you but elsewhere!!!!!
