        Before purchasing any jewelry here, make sure it's not a "surprise gift." My son attempted to return a bracelet with the original receipt and packaging. The bracelet was purchased two weeks ago, and Stephanie, the supervisor, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told him to contact customer service and walked off. Gross!

        This place used to honor their jewelry but it is changed over the last couple of years I received a bracelet from a secret Santa the clasp broke I took it to Pandora for a repair I would have even paid for the repair but they would not fix it because I couldn't tell them who bought it (hence secret santa) anyway I now have a bracelet that I can't use I recommend not purchasing a bracelet or anything for that matter from Pandora you have to give too much information to purchase something that is not that valuable and I don't think it's any of their business who I am I just want to be a customer buying a piece of stainless steel/ silver jewelry or paying for a repair

        I had an excellent experience with Itzel. I felt so comfortable and felt like she read my mind with all of my needs! She went above and beyond to help my complicated self. I am looking forward to going back and having her help me again!! Someone give that woman a raise!!!
