Jonathan is an experienced, professional, down-to-earth and friendly designer. When hiring a freelance artist, it was important to me that they would be easy to communicate with and work together towards my vision. His pricing is fair and totally worth the quality of service he provided me.
He offers a surprising range of services given that he is an individual freelancer. I got to see progress drafts of my project as it was being designed in 3D-software. I even received a 3D-printed prototype in high-quality, high-detailed resin. He takes his time to do the research necessary to source things like materials. You can tell he takes pride in his work and is passionate about what he does.
Jonathan even knows other artists/designers that he is able to outsource additional artistic tasks to, like graphic design, drawing, painting, sculpture, etc. I didn't end up needing those other services, but I was surprised at how well connected he is with other talented, friendly, and professional individuals. I will definitely be working with Jonathan again in the future and taking advantage of these other services when I need them.
Don't be fooled by large design firms that may charge less for poor service and quality, no flexibility, or downright scam you (learn from my mistakes lol). On the other hand, you don't need to pay an arm and a leg for the freelance experience like you might need to with an "influencer" designer/artist working from their penthouse in Manhattan. Go with your local designer/artist like Jonathan instead and you (and your wallet) will be glad you did.
