        Very disappointed! I so wanted to do business and support businesses in my own community. My first appointment started off wrong. I scheduled a 10am Saturday service call. installer arrived after 12pm. It's been 2 weeks since the repairmen has been to my home, and with each visit I'm told I need a new part for my furnace. To-date my furnace is still inoperable, as I am waiting on parts replacement, but what's disturbing is AJ Sanchez has no clue when the part will arrive. Its 30 degrees outside! Their is a lack of communication with this establishment & improvement is needed. Regrettably, I am an unsatisfied customer.

        A rare breed in today's cutthroat market. Honest, reliable, professional and fair. AJ Sanchez is a pleasure to do business with. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve to have their name known!
