We had a great experience working with Cottam to install our new heat pump system. During the initial review and estimate process, Austin was incredibly helpful answering all of our questions about different heat pump systems and what would work best for our home. Nick A, Hector, and Nick did the installation and got our new system up and running in no time! All 3 were a pleasure to work with. They showed up every morning and went right to work. They were friendly and they treated our home like it was their own while removing the old system and hooking up the new one. Everything was top notch and the new system has been working great

It was truly a pleasure to utilize cottam heating and air conditioning services . They practically took over my property and executed an excellent installation of Mitsubishi mini split system through the entire home. This company provides excellent services through all aspects, whether it be the sales department to the installation team. Also very efficient coordinating any applicable rebate program to your project. ( special thanks to Austin, mike, Marcos and Martha.)

This company is fantastic! They installed a complete mini ductless split system in my house. Blake was incredibly thorough and patient with me, answering all of my (constant) questions with patience. They went above and beyond throughout the entire project, were on time, professional, and courteous. The workers always left my house clean even after spending many days working in the house. I cannot recommend them hiighly enough.

Top notch from start to finish! Jim contacted me the next day after I placed an inquiry to Mitsubishi for a ducted heat pump unit. I had a quote for what everyone knows is the best-in-class Hyper Heat unit 24 hours later. And it was cheaper than competitors! George, PJ and Marcos were here to do the work 1 week later. Entire team was very professional, hard working, friendly and respectful. Now enjoying the whisper quiet heating and am looking forward to my next con Ed bill! Company owner checked in while work was being done and Jim followed up to make all is well and I get whatever rebates I qualified for. Would give them 10 stars if I could. What more can you ask for?
