For my first Mother's Day as an expecting mother Bloom Floral Design pulled out all the stops, the owner personally delivered one of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen, and for a great price. I almost cried when I saw the bouquet my husband got me. Thank You!

My sister came out of the hospital, and I ordered flowers from Bloom Floral Design to be at her house when she arrived home. I submitted the order at 1:30 PM on a Saturday, and the order was confirmed immediately by email. But unbeknownst to me, Bloom Floral cancelled the order an hour later via email, and never bothered to call me to let me know. The cancellation email didn't even say why the order was cancelled; it just said "your order was cancelled successfully", as if I was the one who had cancelled it. Because they were closed by the time I found the email later that Saturday, and because they're not open on Sunday, I wasn't able to get flowers to my sister at all. I called the store on Monday to ask what had happened, and they told me they cancelled the order because they didn't have the flowers to fill the order, and when I complained that they hadn't called me to let me know, they were completely unapologetic. Very poor customer service.

So satisfied with the service and the flowers. My mother loved it!!! Thank you so much for making her Thanksgiving extra special. Highly recommended!!!
