I shop here for all ocasions Whether its valentines a birthday or just a rare plant. Unfortunately had to shop for funeral arrangements. The owner and staff were extra helpful all the way through. The compasion, sympathy and professionalism they showed me during difficult times was amazing and much appreciated. Every detail that i requested in the arrangements was met to perfection. A rare gem in the bronx that i highly recommended to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic! I'm from Dublin, Ireland, and wanted to send flowers to a cousin, living in the Bronx, for a special birthday. After researching numerous florist sites, I decided to go with Baezas Flowers and Decorations and I could not be happier with the service I received. The ordering process on their excellent site was simple and straightforward. I ordered the "All My Love Bouquet (Premium) and within 2 hours of ordering my cousin sent me a photo of the flowers that had already been delivered! More importantly, the flower arrangement was every bit as beautiful as the photo on the site, which of course is not always the case with other florists! So, full marks to Baezas all round - definitely recommended!

This guy is the worst of the worst.. customer service horrible.. Caught him cursing out drivers that delivers his flowers.. never ever stepping into his shop.. theres why better places.. You welcome..
