Ive been with Sprint for yeeeears before they decided to join with s**T-Mobile and this was by far the worse experience Ive ever experienced going into a T-Mobile store ! Disrespectful employees. Lack of attentiveness. Drinking on the job. Store manager kept coming over and interrupting the employee who was attending to me with cup in hand and alcohol on breath. I can go on and on! Been trying to figure out how I can talk to corporate directly with this matter. As much money i give to T-Mobile a month I expected better customer service.

I would like to thank the whole crew at TMobile on Allerton Avenue, for helping out of a situation when I was billed and never had T-Mobile service, Miss Iris P was very helpful and courageous, matter of fact the whole crew treated me like I was a loyal customer, that the kind of company I would love to deal with in the future. I highly recommend a pay raise for everyone in the store. They treated me like I was a T-Mobile customer. Thanks
