Just off the interstate. Take AAA/CAA for -$10 We had a hiccup in unprepared room but they moved us quickly to a bigger room. Free breakfast Nearby activities: Applebee's next door gave a 10% discount on meals.

STAFF ARE SO RUDEEEEE!!! They have bed bugs! I'll never stay there again! I'm praying I don't bring bugs home! The staff think it's a joke. It's a serious problem. I woke up with bites all over me. I looked and it's bed bugs! Do not stay if you don't want bugs! And to be treated Rudly by staff. Also I asked for a refund and they are refusing

THEY STOLE MY MONEY!! I had to cancel do to a family Emergency! They are refusing to refund my money! They told me I wouldn't be charged until the next day if I stayed. I didn't stay. I cancelled. They wouldn't send me confirmation about cancelling. Then finally did. But won't refund me! I have bank statements proving they stole my money!! I'm doing all I can to get my money back. Almost 300 stolen!!! I highly recommend do not STAY THERE! Staff are not helpful at all nor is the manager Tom! Very rude, not nice at all. Hung up on me multiple times. There all involved with stealing from people! I've also been told by other people they have had this happen to them!

DO NOT STAY ! THIEFS! They steal your money! Don't ask for a refund if you have to cancel. Because you won't receive it. They literally robbed us . And still refusing to pay my family back! And all staff there are rude , and involved with the stealing money from people! I've talked to multiple people trying to get our money back! Even the manager Tom! They should be shut down! Money scamming hotel!

Worst hotel in the world!!! Literally worst staff I have ever dealt with. So disrespectful and rude. Very mouthy! I'm a very kind person and was extremely hurt and upset with the way my family has been treated ! We booked rooms then decided we weren't goin to stay due to a family emergency that occured. We then called and asked to cancel and have a refund. We called literally 10 mins after booking . They already had our money on hold through our banks.. we asked for an email confirmation stating we cancelled so we knew we were being refunded. They refused to give us a confirmation email. Finally the manager Tom wrote an email he wrote out him self outta his words stating there would be a refund. It took 6 days to get my refund for two rooms. My brother who also booked a room same day with the manager Tom also cancelled due to the family emergency. Is still not being refunded. Money is no longer on hold but they took it. Has bank statements stating they took the money! And has proof he never stayed at the hotel. They are hanging up on us. Saying that we are threatening them ext. When we are literally talking nicely just wanting our money back they have stolen. And they are still refusing. This is not at all okay! This place is stealing people's money! Trying to say a third party took the money. When that's not at all true! Be very careful. And I highly recommend do not stay at this place! You will regret it I promise you that! We will now have to get higher ups, and police ect involved! This is so aggravating and a sad situation that didn't need to happen. Honestly they don't even deserve a star . But won't let me post with out a star
