I walked in to the store today to get help with my phone and there is a very nice lady Loubna approached me and asked me if I need help she was amazing she understood what I want she explained to me everything, she went above and beyond.
She made my plan cheaper and got me 2 new phone with an amazing price, Rob join us and was an supersonic as well, they answered all my questions they were very professionals
Such an amazing customer service .I will always ask fro them when I go there I will never forget them thank you Loubna and thank you Rob for all the help you giving me today I really appreciate you

I had a very good experience today in the store loubna helped me she did amazing job she understand exactly what i want she provided me with all the answer i needed i went there to upgrade one line but end up upgrading 2 phones i will never forget her shes amazing sales representative very good customer service

I was missing the 31 street store that closed on Ditmars snd was hesitant about trying another location but worries are over. Wayne was the best and I feel like I am back on track again. Thank you Wayne for your patience and your knowledge. Much appreciated.

Carolina helped us and I have only the nicest words for her! Extremely kind, pleasant, helpful, she solved all our doubts. Helped with the selection, explained every concern in detail, really the best service we have ever received (and we visited several operators). I am really delighted with her approach and I will certainly recommend her to everyone!
