I have been here twice now and had a fantastic experience both times. The upfront manager is extraordinarily friendly, professional, and efficient. And most importantly (in my opinion, at least) they worked on my car immediately. They even invited me to bring my dog into the waiting room, which is very clean and comfortable. This is the first review I have written, but these folks really provide a pleasurable experience and I strongly recommend them.

People say its hard to find an honest mechanic. This is them. Terrific service. No unnecessary repairs. They try  to accommodate your schedule. I moved to Watervliet a couple of years ago but I still trek 15 miles to come here.Follow up - Here is why I love these guys.  Through no fault of their own, Lia was contacting us Honda owners about faulty air bags. They would repair the air bags for free as part of the recall. Fair enough.Well clearly out to score from this, they did a ...wait for it...FREE inspection. Isn't that nice of them? Well surprise surprise... Lia found half a dozen things "wrong" they were so graciously happy to "fix". Things like a supposed corroded fuel pump, worn brake pads (which I just recently had replaced, and on and on.  I said no thanks, and a couple of weeks later took the car to Warren Tire for an oil change.I asked them to run through the list while I was there. Guess what? Warren Tire said NOTHING on the list needed fixing. They could have charged me an arm and a leg and I'd never have known. I love these guys.
