Horrible customer service. Called in ahead of time and asked if I could bring in glassware and other items with some jewelry my son had. (Costume jewelry) She said sure come on in. When we arrived we were greeted with an older woman with a horrible attitude. I already knew she was going to be a b**** the second she said what you got. She had no idea about glassware (someone else who wasn't in until next day knew) and looking at my sons jewelry (who was so excited to have appraised) she barely looked at it and said it costume jewelry which isn't worth anything. She just kept putting to the side being rude the whole time. Then she got to my silver plated tea set and threw It to the side saying it was plated. Then the "real" silver stuff she said it's weighted and I have no idea how to appraise this. THEN WHY THE F ARE YOU THERE? NOT ONLY WAS SHE RUDE, SHE WAS USELESS . Also everytime someone came in there was a dog that barked nonstop and the old woman had to yell at the young girl to shut him up. Very unprofessional. I see you answering everyone on their rating. Please respond to me to tell me I'm lying so I can come back and slap you like you needed to be the first time.

Beautiful store, very kind people and fantastic service. Was in need of new chain as well as repairs done to my watch. Help finding a new chain was outstanding. My watch repair was done in a very timely manner and has ran great since I have received it back following repair. I will definitely be back here and will be recommending all friends and family.

Over the top service, quality and inviting atmosphere. Hadn't been here in years.Stopped in for minor repair for my daughter, which they did on the spot. The husband and wife owners truly aim to please.Their friendliness, knowledge and skill can't be matched to larger or even "snooty" stores. Places like this are few/far between.
