      image I would like to say the team member I believe his name was joseph that helped me when I went in on the 11th to get my new phone thank you for being so welcoming when I walked into the store and approaching me right away. I would highly recommend people to go to metro on airport and ask for Joseph

      image I went to Metro PCS on 103 Airport Rd. because the screen on my phone was frozen. The young man said that I had a virus from apps on my phone. The same thing happened the next day. When I went back to try to get it fixed the young man was arrogant and nasty. He said that I didn't know how to use my phone and that I should get a flip phone. He was insulting me. He was rude and needs to be fired.
