Pathetic and disgusting, with utterly IGNORANT employees, as at EVERY Verizon store I've ever been in.  The three stooges who were there when I went in - ONE WEEK before the iPhone XR was to be available - had NO clue when it would be released or available from Verizon!  I then displayed the announcement on Verizon's own website (!!) on the browser on my phone to the three CLOWNS that worked there - all were baffled.  How INCOMPETENT do people have to be, as to not be familiar with their own company's website, or not be trained or even informed about MAJOR products their company will offer?? Then, the buffoons were rude and condescending to me.  "Well, why are you even in the store if you know so much?"  I walked out and cancelled my Verizon account of TWELVE YEARS standing within a week after that.  Absolutely pathetic. I don't understand how Verizon is still in business.

Five star service five star knowledgeable staff especially Skyler who help me out answered all my questions no question the best place in Santa Fe in terms of Verizon service
