Bob & Charlie's Appliance Service

First I called last Thursday. They did not get out here until around noon Tuesday. My friend gave them a recommendation. The technician diagnosed the problem in less than one half hour, and he charged me his standard diagnosis fee of over $175, and told me I need an entire new drier. This standard fee was not discussed beforehand. Now I have to double and buy a new drier, in addition to having them overcharge me for a NULL result. I will never use these guys again. I will also be wary of recommendations. End Result, nothing, $175 charge. Naturally he asked to have to check made out to himself, personally.

AWEFUL IN EVERY WAY!!!!!!!!!! I have never written a review on google but my extremely negative experience with Rob and Charlie’s has led me to do so, to begin they originally were supposed to fix our ice maker in our freezer which was never fixed, then our refrigerator which after a total of 11 visits to my house is still not fixed. Most recently the employee that came out referred to me as “my boy” and again didn’t fix the problem, however that is not the worst of my recent encounter, the employee at my house called his supervisor when he had the wrong part who instructed him to put it in anyways, had I not heard the phone call I would have been duped again. overall DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use rob and Charlie’s for any appliance repair. Other issues I’ve had is they took everything out of our fridge to repair it, didn’t repair it, and then left everything on my counter for me to put back. Lastly EVERY SINGLE TIME they have been supposed to come out, they have been no less that an hour late. Services: Freezer repair, Refrigerator repair

Extremely poor service. Would NOT recommend. They came out, serviced my dishwasher and let me know it will require a valve. Fine. Upon 2nd visit, a motherboard was required. I placed 4 calls to them with no answer. A few days later I receive a text about the part. Ugh. A waste of time and money.
