I used Premier Appliance Repair recently to fix an issue I had with a washer/dryer in my commercial property. They showed up on time as promised and completed the work rapidly and completely. No follow up needed because they did the job correctly the first time. A breath of fresh air. I'll use them again.

When my refrigerator’s thermostat read 51’ I called the manufacturer’s recommended repair shop. That was on a Tuesday and they unapologetically said they only do service calls in my area on Fridays. Since they would need one day to evaluate and order the necessary parts and would then be returning seven days later...I freaked! Two weeks for the repair wasn’t going to work. I found Premier online and boy was I glad I did! When I spoke to the scheduler she was so nice and sympathetic. She told me even though they were totally booked she would fit me in. Now that’s what I call service! The owner, Leroy, arrived later that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part on site. When the part arrived on Friday he installed it saving me seven days without a refrigerator. I would not hesitate to call these terrific folks again! Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Our first experience with Premier. They were very responsive and professional and are extremely customer service oriented. Both appliances required parts to be ordered and the turn around was a couple of days. Leroy did a terrific job. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Premier.
