The worst expierence ever! Dropped off all of documents and would call to make sure they had all of my documents they never called me back. We were told that an extension was made. Called for two weeks straight was told I would get a call back to get a status on my taxes no one call back. My mom finally had to stop by the office and they told her they didn't have anything for me. So unprofessional! They lost all of my tax info and didn't take responsibility for it. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs!
