        He lost our file, said he would file and extension, never did and I had to go retrieve my tax information and file myself...

        Very poor communication. I came in on a recommendation, because I already had 2 accountants bail on me, and I needed someone in a hurry. He agreed to take my file and then ignored it instead of just telling me he couldn't do it. I ended up filing my own extension, took my originals back and sought help elsewhere.

        I paid to have my 2019 taxes done. They were never filed. I got a letter from the IRS saying I had a credit of $1100. I actually paid taxes, which was never filed. I never got an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. I also got a letter stating that I still owed the state $66. Poor service. Dont trust this place.
