I hired Weather Safe to replace my roof and AC unit damaged from hail. The product used to replace my roof was top of the line, best on the market. The company was great to work with through the process of working with the insurance company and the actual roof and AC replacement. They had to come back a couple of times to fix leaks that arose from high rain but that was fine. They were there the next day and in my opinion went the extra mile. They did hound me for the final payment from the insurance company and even called me about not receiving a check they actually deposited.
One complaint about the company is directed at the sales manager and the lead manager at the office in town. I was told I, and many others in my neighborhood, were told we would receive an incentive of $150.00 for every person we referred to the company and had their roof replaced. I personally referenced 4 families to the company who all had their roofs replaced and was told 7 times by the sales manager my incentive money would be coming. I called the office twice and inquired about it and have never heard anything back. I'm sure the company made a lot of money from my referrals yet they cannot live up to their promise. This is my chief complaint so don't expect them to live up to their agreement to pay you for doing their work.
