I am very satisfied with the service I received in getting a new roof. He took pictures the entire time of the work they were doing and finished in a day. He quoted me, and I paid what was quoted. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you guys! You’re awesome!!

This contractor wasted my time. He came to my house to give me a quote for roof repair. I signed an estimate and he was going to come by in a month. Didnt communicate, didnt respond to text messages, cant leave him a voicemail becomes his mailbox is always full. Had he just told me up front he was never coming it would have saved me time. Roof is still not repaired and this guy is not to be trusted.

Mr Varela has fixed our roof after two horrible storms and also replaced the roof on our detached garage. All work is exceptional. Great communication and quick response.

Our roof was not typical. The roof was made of SIP panels and was a butterfly shape - upside down, if you will, of the typical roof with a ridge at the top. Furthermore, we wanted a membrane roof not usually done in residential work, only commercial. Martin special ordered the material, then stored it for months while our contractor was late. He kept in touch, always responded to text/ email and honored his original quote despite the delays and storage. The crew was professional and careful and worked diligently. Despite wind and rain they paused the minimum time to be safe and finished the job quickly. We were building a new house and he was the one and only contractor I highly recommend.

Radium Springs Construction representative Martin Varela was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not ever having to have a roof replacement, I was at a loss where to start. My brother suggested HomeAdvisor, and Martin Varela contacted me immediately.
He came from Las Cruces to Alamogordo, the very next day and provided me with the first of a few quotes I obtained, in order to learn about the process and see the differences between the contractors. His quote was very impressive and identified items that the others did not. He also provided me with options for the shingles and it provided for a 10 year warranty on workmanship which is fully transferable to subsequent homeowners, when the others did not.
With the option I chose, the quote was actually higher than the rest, but I was confident Radium Springs Construction would provide the best service, and I believe they have done just that.
I highly recommend the company, and have even asked for another quote for painting the exterior of the home from them.
