Place is run down. Looks ok from front, especially at night. But different in daylight. Landscaping neglected. East side rooms have signs saying they are not fit for human occupancy. Rear rooms are full time residents. Lots of trash and abandoned vehicles in rear parking lot. Saw rooms being cleaned but that appears to be all they clean.

Clean rooms for a good price. Front desk staff was very helpful. Great location right off 40. Second time I have stayed here.

Very conveniently located by the I 40. Service was very friendly. For the price the rooms were good. Clean, very quiet. The breakfast was adequate. The only bad comment would be that the roo. Was very hot and the a.c. didn't work. Other than that, great place for a stopover

I would give this 2.5 stars if it was an option. Its an interesting place to say the least. I personally dont understand how people dont take care of a place like this. The staff was nice and helpful. The area surrounding was fine but doesnt feel totally safe. Weird limos and boats that have obviously been sitting for years are stored in the back. The door to our room was super cheap and broken. Room was actually not bad, pretty clean. The window to our room had the mirror window facing the wrong way, so people outside can see in and not vice versa, super weird. Seems like a run down place, but nonetheless Id stay here again for the cheap price if needed.
