        They've done my family properly for a long time, and these reviews and retorts are hilarious. Guaranteed that every negative review comes from angry lease breaking renters. That's their job, guys. If you want to negotiate and dodge rent after the fact, then rent from your friends, not a professional property management company.

        These people were anything but understanding. When our 5 month old child got cancer and we had to spend an extended time in ALB. They threatened to sue for $50!!! I will never deal with such uncaring inhuman people again.

        I was warned before i ever signed a contract to watch out for Ginger Lewis, because she is vindictive. Well now that i made the mistake of renting From Eagle i would say i should have listened. They are being very unprofessional, and slandering my name to people that have no means to them. I would think twice before renting from them.
