Hi I'm Jeff Hauser and I am a Level 8 Google Guide (one of 2-3 in the State of New Mexico) so when I write a review I don't waste much time with losers. In my short time of knowing Cheryl Ragsdale, I have been really impressed with her professionalism, her real estate insights, and her wonderful personality. She really knows San Juan county and the surrounding area and seems to know what's hot and not in the local market. She treats us like we're the only people she is dealing with at the time, so you really feel that personal touch. If you are a buyer, seller, or just lookers (like us) Give Cheryl a call I doubt you will find someone in the area who will do better by you.

I just want to say that when I first to move Farmington from Texas in 2018 I met Sandy Foxwell with Coldwell real-estate. Not only did she help me find an outstanding home to buy she also rented me one of her very own duplexes with out having to sign an extended contract because she new she was going to sell me a home. Now proceed 4 more years it is time to sell my home I asked her to represent me. Sandy has been nothing but a true professional. I had some things that I said I wish I could take back. Sandy is nothing but pure professional and she also has top quality person that performs many duties to help you get your home ready for sale. I just want to say a very special thank you to Sandy and her guys that help people get there home ready for sale.  Looking to sell or buy Sandy will look after your best interest in a time when everyone looks after themselves.
