Thier little employee who drives a black sport car with Texas plates and Texas tech stickers better learn how to drive. Next time I'll teach him how not to tailgate and then cut me off. If this is the type of employees they hire, image the type of work they do.

Haven't been able to talk to the owner just yet, but whoever was working on my vehicle found a credit card that I had actually been looking for approximately 3 months. Anyway, whoever it was tried using my card that I'm assuming they found under the seat!! Didn't have my permission at all! Very bad business and deceitful!! Untrustworthy! 🤔

I had my wife schedule an appointment for my car to get detailed it never had a wax from the summer so I wanted to make sure the paint was treated as well as fix the swirl marks on the car from a touchless car wash. My wife told me the quote was $120 I thought that’s awfully cheap, so I had her verify with the company that they would be able to removes the light scratches as well as refresh the paint with wax she said yes they will be able to handle that so I went with them. Mind you the only reason I took this car there to begin with was because it was cheaper than doing it myself. When I got the car back I was very confused on what exactly they did because the car doesn’t look like it was even touched with a buffer at all. The swirl marks all over the car we’re still there. It looked like they tried to wax the hood but it either wasn’t buffed out or they did buff it but fogged the clear with the heat. Long story short I’m out $120 and I’m probably detailing my car myself anyways. Highly recommend you lighting $120 on fire than giving any vehicle to them for any service.
UPDATE: The company is aware of this review as well. As they contacted my wife and informed her that it was “Biased” the owner also never reached out to see what the car looks like or why I am upset. Services: Scratch removal, Car waxing
