        fulfilled my lease, even after 2 rent increases, had the house professionally cleaned and still lost deposit and was billed over 100$, getting ahold of anyone useful at vinebrook is borderline impossible.

        Update: Rent keeps getting raised. At this point its kind of annoying. Like almost every year it's going up (please don't mention inflation, cause they keep upping it with or without it ). The staff is still great, but the big people who are pulling the strings suck. We've been here about a year now and we absolutely love it here! The housing manager is so sweet! The maintenance staff are friendly and quick. We enjoy living here. It's very family friendly.

        No reason why rent should be as expensive as it is especially when the houses need so so so much attention and work. Crazy. The office lady Philline is great, other than that its crazy that we pay the amount of rent we do. (Coming from someone thats never never been late)
