My experience has been drastically different than some of these positive reviews. Maybe my house wasn't worth as much, therefore less important to them? First of all, I never even talked to or met Lucas, despite calling numerous times. When I called, I always got a secretary who never had any idea what was going on and always had to "call me back" which sometimes would be days later. After a year of house insurance in which I never even filed a claim, I got a generic letter from Lucas stating they would no longer insure my house. I had to call 3+ times to figure out why. They said they needed access to the property to survey it. I said ok, no problem, have someone come. A month went by and no one ever reached out again, even though I called back and persisted several times to get someone there. The insurance expired, and I ended up getting new insurance with the same coverage somewhere else for a better price.
My State Farm guy in South Dakota was way more attentive and always knew who I was when I called and would help me in minutes get my requests done. I used State Farm for years.
This experience has permanently soured me to all State Farm from now on.
Way to prove insurance people are selfish and only in it for the money, Lucas Greene.

Person answering the phone numerous times of calling is quite rude and unhelpful. Has a bit of attitude as if you are bothering her.

Very helpful staff. They call to remind me when I'm slacking on updating my info. It reminds me of small town service but in a big city. They're great.
