STOP Restoration

This company will come in during a flood, make you sign a paper saying you’ll pay any outstanding bills insurance will not pay then double or triple the bill. Please STOP and call anyone else honest. This company is a scam. They then threaten to lean your property and you’ll be stuck paying triple what insurance and other water mitigation companies pay. It’s a scam, do not use stop restoration. Do not call.

We recently experienced a pipe leak which damaged our kitchen ceiling, flooring, and cabinets. The STOP team came the same day we called, assessed the damage, and began drying things out over the course of several days. They monitored the humidity in our walls, flooring, cabinets, and ceiling closely and were very responsive to our questions, concerns, or requests. We are now finished with the water mitigation process and are sad to see this amazing team go. If only we could talk them into doing the rebuild process too…. We received the best care from each team member who came to our home or talked with us via phone. We got daily emails reporting the actions taken that day, just to keep us fully informed. We extend a special thanks to Kegan, Kevin, John, Jordan, Joel, Reuben, Jesse, Matt, and any others of the team that we may have inadvertently omitted their names. Ruben, Jesse, and Tony were awesome. Ruben came out the first day with a crew got all the water cleaned up and started the drying process. Words can't express my gratitude for everything. I really appreciate everything Stop has done for my home thank you, thank you, thank you!! The team at Stop Restoration is really great. I had a water heater leak and they were able to come out the same day to get the water cleaned up and flooring dried out. They were very thorough and really easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend them!

After the recent heavy rain we had, we discovered we had a quite large leak in our roof. STOP came out right away to help us clean up the water and dry our floors so they wouldn't be ruined. They made the process so easy.Highly recommend!
