We had an amazing experience with American Restoration! Everyone was super easy to talk and communicate with. Vernon was our Project Manager and he came in, wrote up the estimate, asked all the right questions in order to ensure we got all of our needs were met with the work that needed to be done to our home. He communicated efficiently and in a timely manner. Once it was time for the guys to come in and start the work, we met Andrew and Mike who right away came in, explained to us what they were going to be working on and got to it. They were extremely respectful and easy to talk too! They worked very hard and ensured that they cleaned up any mess they made and left the area looking better then when they came in. The work is now complete and the rooms look beautiful! Andrew and Mike definitely went above and beyond! Thank you guys for fixing up our water damage mess and getting us back to living in a complete home☺️ We appreciate you Mike, Andrew and Vernon! And the American Restoration team! Very unprofessional people. They don't own their own mistakes, their poor craftmanship has cost us dlls of repairs. Raquel has been ignoring us, after multiple calls. I would not trust them in any job.

Highly recommend this team . Professional , courteous, caring , My home suffered water damage they worked quickly and got me the help i needed before and through out a holiday weekend . The comunication with this team from water mitigation, asbestos testing and abatement , and packing and storing my belongings was outstanding !!! Service: Water damage cleanup
