Working with Anthony at Melloy was AWESOME. He was not pushy and helped us find exactly what we needed. HOWEVER. The administration side is definitely lacking. In the financing they forgot to include the registration fee, resulting in a $600 fee being requested from us a month later. It has been over a month and our lender says they still have not received the title. I went to cancel some extra warranties, was told by the cancellation department at melloy dodge it was taken care of, then I called the finance place to see where the refund was and they said they have not received anything from Melloy Dodge. Loved working with Anthony, however I would not recommend this place due to the headache of so much after purchasing our car.
