We accidentally broke her key fob and got it replaced same day before she came home. Even gave us a good deal cause well the situation is hilarious. Sorry sister if you ever read it. I was there for service and getting anti-theft software. Everyone was friendly from the very beginning and helpful. Dustin did a excellent job, he was caring and was very thorough in his explanations and communication with me. Thank you!

Came to the store to make a service appointment for my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. I also wanted to know more about ordering a new 2023 vehicle for whenever I made the decision to buy. In the process I met Amy Gonzales, one of good salespeople. I gave her a brief description of what I wanted. She told me the car I was looking for was on the lot. She drove it up and it was exactly what I wanted, down to the color. Incredible. Stubborn as I am, she gave me the urging I needed to get the car. Very Happy!! Thanks to Hyundai and especially Amy.

Mechanic stated my niece's car was, "in working order and test driven". This is a lie. The car was in worse shape after she paid and went to pick it up, then WHEN SHE BROUGHT IT IN! For a RECALL, no less, and they charged her $3,000 2 months later she still has no running car. Please make it right Hyundai.

If I could give the dealership negative stars, I would. Do not buy from this dealership. They will lie and use deceptive practices. First they say you can buy a vehicle online and then schedule time to come in and complete the purchase. From my experience this is not true. I used their online purchase option on a vehicle. Before I purchased online, I spoke to the salesperson, who confirmed that the vehicle was on the lot. I completed the online financing application, got approved and uploaded everything required and set an appointment to complete the transaction in store. The salesperson called me again to verify that I was confirmed to purchase the vehicle. She said we could come in anytime before our appointment if that worked for us. We arrived 15 minutes early. Waited for the salesperson, who then told us the vehicle had been sold to someone else, but wait, they have another on a different car lot that they would then sell to me. Sounds great, huh. So I say yes to buying the other vehicle. This is Saturday around 3. They tell me that the other vehicle will be transferred over and I can pick up the next day (Sunday), since I already completed the financing information online for the other vehicle. But wait for it, THEY ARE CLOSED on SUNDAY. At this point, I have moved on and will buy a vehicle from a trusted dealership. So if you are reading this, do not buy from them. They will use deceptive and unethical practices to get you to the dealership, when it is very clear online that they have an online purchase option.
