This place is a horrible place to work. The lack of leadership in management is quite obvious. The security office has no idea what they are doing. This place is all about who you know is how you will succeed. My particular boss was a two faced liar that should have never been in her position and was not qualified to be in her position along with her boss who had no idea also.. They truly do not care for their employees. The upper management has no clue how to manage and has no idea what is really going on in the field. There are some non managers who are really great and deserve to be recognized and promoted but never are. The quality of product they give the government is not good and should be reviewed. They make you work 50 hour weeks and pay you for 40 and say its in your job requirement. The benefits are sub par and are better other places. HR is a joke and was run with an iron fist until the person left. People gossip quite a bit and know other peoples business when they should not. The owner Art is a great guy that cares about people. Half the management team is more concerned about running for local office then the are about the actual business. Save yourself the trouble and do not apply here. There are several other companies that pay better and treat you better. Company needs to be sold.
