The owners are complete a-holes. My car was towed because "My tags" were expired In fact the sticker was taken off my plate my tags were not expired. I had to pay over $300.00 to get my car back anyway. I showed the registration and Jeremy at the tow place Enchantment said not his problem... Someone needs to check on this company and the tow.

Booted my car saying my tags are expired when they are not I just got my tags in the mail due to everything going on you would think they would have some compassion but no they don't I requested a call back and they text saying they only text for removal! Worst company ever if I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!

I used to work at this company, nice place to work for. The management is great and very understanding with calling off at last minute. Overall great place to work.

First and foremost booting and towing people’s vehicles during a global pandemic with no care for their situation is an awful business practice. The MVDs all shut down and I lost my appointment at the MVD and they never rescheduled. It went to appointment only and online appointments could be made from a list, which my service was not offered. They expanded services, again it wasn’t offered. I was never told by this company that I had to let them know any of this, just that I needed to relay my new appointment for their notes. After calling all 3 field offices multiple times, calling the toll free, and sending them 2 messages MVD told me they took off my appointment type because they were too busy to take more. All of this being out of my control, ACP didn’t care whatsoever. Not to mention that being in a poor financial state I’d have to pay them $75 when my expired registration was going to cost me almost $200. I was speaking to the “supervisor” who again didn’t care about anything but their $75. I even sent them a confirmation of an appointment the lady at MVD was able to get me in for and they didn’t care. This company and the apartments that employ them are money hungry and terrible in regard for customer service. Cars get broken into and their “courtesy patrol” does nothing, but they boot people for things they can’t avoid. Sad sad company.
