Recently, we contacted Access Solutions for the installation of a walk-in shower for a friend for whom I am a caregiver. We worked with Eric, who not only explained the details of design, materials, demolition, and installation, but was extremely patient and committed to assisting with all the documentation required by the insurer to approve the modification to the existing shower. The team Eric sent to complete the project was punctual, professional, and friendly. While they all did great work, I also would like to single out Dave for the joy he brought to all his tasks! And when a problem arose--as sometimes happens--Eric saw to it that the situation was quickly and thoroughly resolved. The new shower immediately improved the quality of life of my friend who now has a much greater sense of independence and freedom by being able to shower safely on her own. Finally there is another important aspect to the quality of work done by Access Solutions: their clientle tend to be elderly and/or facing a variety of health challenges which--unfortunately--are not always understood or respected by the general public. Eric always approached his work with a deep sense of the inherent dignity of his clients. HIs concern, kindness, patience, flexibility, and attentiveness made working with Access Solutions a pleasure and a gift. I would unquestionably recommend them to anyone in need of home modifications. Thank you!

Access Solutions did a VA approved remodel for my husband, a US Army Veteran. I am so glad we chose Access Solutions!! Chris, Dave and the whole Access team were wonderful!!!.Planning with our input and suggestions and explaining every detail and how the remodel would progress. The team at Access Solutions treats customers the way a company should...with respect, dignity, kindness, and understanding. They follow through with all that is planned, and if there is a change of plans they let you know immediately! They are not the kind of company that leaves you hanging....wondering if someone is going to show up. They always have an open line of communication with clients and let you know what is going on. I highly recommend Access Solutions if you are looking for an adaptive remodel!! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!!
