My experience wasn't awful but not amazing either... I bought a bike from R & S the beginning of February. Before I bought the bike I called and asked for the full price without gap and the maintenance. I wanted the out the door price... they gave me a price of $9400. Ok cool. Price on the website was $8,999. So I figured that was for the sales tax and Whatever else I they tack on. I get there and they give me a price of around 10,600... I ask the to take off all the packages and gap... they bring it down to around 10k... they said they had no clue why someone over the phone told them a lower price. whatever at this point I'm pretty frustrated. I did end up buying the bike. They assured me they changed the oil, checked all the fluids and did a run down on the bike.... I went home and was reading the manual on how to check the oil and all that good stuff. So I checked the oil. It was low on oil and super dirty and dark. I should have checked the bike myself before I bought it but I did trust them when they said they checked out everything on the bike.. So I changed the oil myself but It makes me wonder if they just charge you for the rundown and don't actually do any work to the bikes that come through there. I understand the over head costs and that they are busy and the market is wild right now which is why the bike is higher priced but why lie about the oil? Strange. All in all, I got a great bike with low miles that had never had an oil change for about 1900 over what its worth.

I paid an extra grand for lifetime service on my Ryker only to find out after I moved to another state that it was only good at this location. When I called the sales team today I was informed that it is non refundable and that I singed a contract and there was nothing that could be done.
Be careful what you buy from this dealership, they throw in extras that you do not need. Untrustworthy sales staff.
