Looks ghetto from the outside, is actually nice inside. The steak here is really awesome.

I was shocked to see some negative reviews. I have been there quite a few times and I have never had any problems with the food. I always get some sort of surf 'n' turf meal - everything on the plate tasted absolutely delicious. As far as the people complaining about the atmosphere, I like it! That's a huge reason why people go, because the decor is old fashioned, darker, and cozy. The service is ALWAYS very pleasant, accommodating, and professional. It's one of my favorite steakhouses in New Mexico, I never have any complaints and I look forward to going again.

My fried chicken arrived overcooked and dry. I had to send it back. The second round came up about 25 minutes later. It was properly cooked, but was very bland and flavorless. Another guest in my party ordered the fried shrimp. She woke up the next morning with food poisoning. Will never go back.

It's been years since I've been there and I was really excited to see the waitresses that have been there for years. Well the bread was the first sign of a problem they said "fresh from the oven!" Sure it was hot then turned hard as a brick.. So fresh from a microwave oven!? Then the steaks showed up one over cooked and one under cooked. Thin and not high quality. Don't go there! It needs to give up. I won't go back.
