A buyer hired this company to do an inspection of our home as the seller. I am angry they put holes in my walls and pulled back baseboards for their termite inspection. According to inspector codes they should not be penetrating the walls without my written consent as the home owner. Their report was full of opinions rather than facts. Ex although the fully operational furnace lit up and had no gas leaks the report stated that since it was older it should be replaced immediately. New laminate wood floors they rated as marginal and needing replacement due to the 1 finishing piece not being flush with the wall and perfectly operable doors they rated as needing repair because they didn't slide as smoothly as the inspector would like. Their nit picky list of minor repairs scared the buyer who pulled out of the deal when there really were no major repairs ex electrical, plumbing, foundational, roofing were all rated as acceptable or better. Yet when the company was leaving my home after their inspection they kept telling me how nice the home looked and how they could tell I had put a lot of work into fixing and maintaining the home. So were they lying to my face and really think my home is crap, or is their report full of misleading opinions?

These guys are amazing! They found every single detail wrong with the home I was going to buy. Thanks to them I won't have to live in a black mold and shorty electrical house. They are very detailed and professional. Highly highly recommend using them for inspections!

Don't use this company to inspect your future home. I usually don't write reviews but I felt this needed to be published for all to read. These inspectors were a joke and I am sorry for being so direct but they are. Moved into my new home and I have had nothing but issues with things that should have been addressed on the report. I am sorry to give this company a bad review but I had to let everyone know. If their was an option for a negative star I would give them a negative 5. Please don't use this company unless you just want issues!

Awful....These guys showed up and the first thing they said was, oh we'll be out of here in 45 minutes. And they were. Not only did they claim that they inspected, cycled, and tested the major mechanicals (HVAC), but they claimed they did so while all the doors and windows of the property were open. How can you test a refrigerated air system on a home when you wouldn't operate it with all the doors and windows open? Like what was said in a previous review these guys are a joke. Also these guys (Josh and Esteben) said they were going to run the furnace at the end of the inspection and they never did. They also said they were going to turn on all the appliances and test them and they never did. They never ran the dishwasher, etc. When they inspected the roof they just got on the part of the roof over the garage, they never got onto the roof above the home. They never inspected the crawl spaces in the home amongst other things. So I reached out to the owner of the company giving him the opportunity to right what was clearly wrong, but he never returned my calls.
