DO NOT USE THIS INSPECTOR. If I could give this inspector less than one star I would. He was 2 hours late to the inspection and took 4 1/2 hours to do an inspection. He threw all of the agents involved in this transaction under the bus as to why he was late. This inspector also claims on his website that if the report is not done within 24 hours the inspection is free. This is a lie. He took over 4 days to get the inspection report done and to us His inspection was mostly his "opinion" and had nothing to do with facts of an inspection. He made excuses that he doesn't control his website. He flat out lied to our faces about it. He is also one of the only inspectors that can inspect a home the same day you call. Most reputable inspectors are booked out weeks ahead of time. This inspector will cause you nothing but trouble if you allow him to inspect your home. Beware.
