We used this company 3 times before we settled on a home. Fred is hands down the best home inspector you can find. He has great attention to detail! As a first time home buyer he explained to me what was essential and what was easy to fix. I see one person wrote a bad review, there is no doubt in my mind that person mistaken this company for another. Fred is an all around great person. He’s friendly, he’s intelligent, and he works very hard!

I am so pleased with the work Fred Hernden at Superior Home Inspection did for me before I took the chance purchasing my new home. Mr. Hernden’s expertise and preciseness made me feel safe in buying my new home. I also appreciate that Mr. Hernden's professionalism always being on time (twice now) and I received the home inspection report in my email inbox the same day of inspection! I highly recommend!

though I was just a first time home buyer, his report was thorough and easy to understand. Plenty of pictures to help point out concerns. Report was delivered promptly.

I hired Fred from Superior Home Inspection last year to take a look at a property that I was purchasing zoned for both residential and business. Fred did such a great job, so much in fact that I felt confident with my purchase of the condo. When the roof of the building was damaged due to the hail storm, we had in the fall of 2018; I hired a roofing company that unfortunately did terrible work. I asked Fred to come back and inspect the work that the roofing company did. Fred took photos of the contractor's work who had done a devastating job. I was able to show proof what the contractor of the roofing company did. I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am to Fred. I highly recommend Fred from Superior Home Inspections; he did a thorough job with exemplary expertise!
