The inspection was thorough and complete, friendly and professional. Thus a good rating. Drawback: having specific questions about the condition of the roof when setting up the service was misleading. Red and Green did inspect the roof however the report indicated a "qualified roofing specialist is recommended." I thought that's what I was getting.

RED or GREEN inspections was timely on the home inspection. Very friendly to my family. Reviewed findings with me right after inspection and answered any question on the spot. Report was thorough and quick. This company offers my good warranties with their services. Recommend to anyone looking for an inspection company.

I decided to go with Red or Green because of a high recommendation from my realtor. I think my favorite thing about their service was the inspection report. It was thorough, clear, and had many pictures. I had a family member with a background in real estate look over the report, and he was very impressed by the quality. Due to the level of detail included, the report has been and continues to be incredibly useful to me as a new homeowner. Even though I was out of state and couldnt be there for the inspection, Nicholas was easily accessible when I needed to call back for some clarification. Since living here, I havent had any surprises. To make things even better, Red or Green partners with a bunch of companies to offer all kinds of warranties and discounts after the inspection. Overall, theyre just really good at what they do.

I have used Red or Green Inspections twice in the last 4 months. Both times, they were there early and made sure to thoroughly inspect the property (spending 4+ hours at each property). The second property had a crawlspace underneath, and a team member even suited and masked up and checked the entire space down there (with photos throughout). All team members were friendly and professional. They answered questions during the inspection and at the end, when they showed pictures and discussed each item/area inspected. They email a written, categorized report with accompanying photos shortly after the inspection (I think we received both of ours the same day). A friendly staff member followed up a few days later to check that we got the report, ask if we had any questions, and make sure we were satisfied with their service. As a bonus, they have water, sodas, and coffee available throughout the inspection and will make popcorn for you if there is a microwave to test. They give you a binder with great information about maintaining your home and partner with other agencies who provide additional services free of charge. Those businesses also followed up quickly and were friendly. They include various short-term warranties with the home inspection, and you can purchase longer-term ones as desired. Home inspections aren't cheap, but it saved us from buying a newer home that looked great to us but would have been a money pit. It's definitely worth the price to know what issues exist. It was fun to learn that Red or Green Inspections is a local, family-owned business. The father, son, and family friend have construction backgrounds and now use their knowledge to conduct home inspections. They are great people!

They were very nice and they did a good job for the most part. We had them do the inspection on the house we bought and after 6 months I noticed a hole in my stucco I went back through the report and theres a picture of it but its talking about the roof. There was other stucco problems that the caught. Im upset because all of the stucco problems were taken care of. I got a quote from someone thats $700+ Even though theres a picture on the report showing it was there and they missed it they will not do anything about it. Then they also did the inspection on the house that we lived in that was being sold. My mom and child were in the house at the time while I was at work. My mom and baby were asleep when they left the house. When she woke up she said the stove burners were on. I wasnt to upset because it wasnt only the gas on and she should have been awake but that is dangerous. So I probably wont recommend them to anyone
