This is a company that deserves to use the word integrity. Bought a house recently they inspected for us (we use them because they give the most thorough inspection reports at amazing cost value) they don’t come for 45 mins they actually inspect all. Had an issue with furnace and the heating company Anderson Air made a pretty elaborate fraud to convince me I had a cracked furnace and needed replaced. We called inspectors and they dropped everything called TCL and came out. Found all Anderson Air findings false and all needed new limit switch. These guys went above and beyond to make right and in process saved me from being scammed for 11k system before actually even needed. Many thanks and this is by far best home inspection group hands down.

Frank and his son are absolutely amazing. The effort they put into inspecting my home was astounding. In the middle of July, we sweat in the attic, the crawlspace, and on the roof together. He allowed me to shadow him and explained to me all the in's and out's of old home construction. Ultimately I did not buy the house, but I plan on using Inspections Only for any future home purchase without thinking twice. Price was reasonable. Scheduling was easy. True professionals.
