I have to simply rave about this service. First off, kudos and public shout out to Eric Robinson. From the moment we said "hello" and onward. What a stand up guy. Smiles, professional, more smiles, and just a well rounded person. Arrived a few minutes before our scheduled appointment, which in reality is on time! Was here for almost 2 hours, which proves the attention to detail. From the roof down to the caulking of the bathtub. I work in customer service, as a trainer. Eric was the prime example of customer service and experience all in one!
This is not a paid review!! I'm just a guy from Albuquerque selling his home and needed a pre-listing inspection. That's all. Be blessed!

Scott was very friendly and explained everything to my wife and to me. He was patient and thorough. If we had questions, he'd answer them completely. He's also just a great guy with a lot of enthusiasm for his profession. He presents you with this very nice binder and a hard copy of the inspection as soon as he's finished. The entire experience was great. I highly recommend them for home inspections.
