My mom's house caught on fire in February 2023. Paul Davis was brought on board by her insurance. The company as a whole was there to help me through this process. It would take a whole year to rehab this house. Paul Davis content manager Nena and the techs Cody, David A Rael, Gerald, Israel were very helpful. Cody was there at the beginning. He saw the devastation I was going through with this fire. I was extremely GREATFUL that my mom was not hurt, but this was a lot to take in for me. Mena and her techs delivered part of the items to my home and helped load a trailer and then met us in the southwest valley to unload our trailer. What a TEAM!!!!! We had the pleasure to work with the Paul Davis team the summer of 2023, and recently had the work to our garage completed. We had a fire that caused quite a bit of damage to our garage. I called Paul Davis several days after the damage happened, and quickly received a call back from James Retter asking when he could come by to give us an estimate. He came by later that afternoon, along with his two associates, Craig Swan, and Zack Dozier. I was very impressed with how quickly the team pulled together to come and meet with me. They were all very knowledgeable and willing to have their teams get started quickly to get our garage repaired. I received communication from James with an initial estimate which I was very thankful for. We had the mitigation work start that next week. Craig and Zacks teams worked hard to deal with our personal belongings and to take our interior walls down to the studs. This was a lot of work for the team. We had many professional, hard working, and kind individuals work on our garage (Bradley, Conner, Keith, Cody).These employees did a lot of the work early on in the process. Once the mitigation was done I was working closely with James Retter. He has been so kind, patient, and willing to work with me to answer all of our questions and keep the work moving. He was able to schedule all of the sub contractors in a timely way. I really appreciate how he always kept me informed. James sent several guys from his team to finish work in the garage. David, Zack, and Donovan. David came by several times and did a great job. He kept me informed and always was so kind and willing to answer any questions I had. I appreciate all the guys on Jamess team. I also really appreciate the very nice receptionist in the office, I came into the office quite frequently to drop off payments and paperwork. She was very kind and always very helpful. I would recommend the Paul Davis Company and Team to handle any type of home repairs needed.
