Took my wife's laptop in for a simple battery replacement in March of 2022. This is June of 2023 and no repair, nothing but lies from David and his wife. Go to Yelp and see his history of lies and theft. They should be in jail for their repeated crimes.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Worst computer repair store experience in my life!!! Do not bring your Apple computer to them, David is obviously incompetent when dealing with Apple computers. If you read all the reviews on this page you will see two other Mac users that had issues as well. They had my MacBook for over three months. Customer service is non-existent as they never contacted me on the status of my repair, I always had to call them. David always had an excuse why the computer was not fixed and said it would be ready in a week or so and it never was. David won’t take responsibility for his actions, he blamed me for liquid damage on the motherboard when it could not have been the owner as the laptop housing showed no traces of liquid on the external case, the damage had to be done while he was working on it. After three months of constant hounding David finally said it was unrepairable and said he would order a new Mac Book to replace it. I was so dissatisfied with the quality of workmanships and customer service that I told him instead of ordering a new one I asked him to refund my money and give me back the now inoperative Mac Book. He refused to do and ordered the computer, which I refused and asked for my now destroyed Mac Book and my money back. David refused and I told him my only recourse would be to dispute the charge to which he said go ahead, that is why he pays for insurance. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and after I sent pictures of the damage the credit company credited my account.

I'm traveling and my Chromebook laptop quit working. I called around to the other repair places in the area. I didn't like the "Bring in what you have and we'll see what we can do ". I called ATS and spoke with David who knew what I was talking about. I went to their shop met Angela. She was helpful and put me at ease because they know what is current with Chromebooks.
