Sent my phone in for a screen replace and the whole body got replaced and changed to a gold color. Which was weird. I feel like my phone got downgraded and they swapped my memory to a lesser model phone. The backlight always stays on as well. He did do it for half the price of the other guys but took an extra 6 days. The guy is really personable and I like him I just think something was not right. I told him about 3 days after that my backlught was stuck on and he offered to swap my battery at cost for him which was nice. Thats why 3 stars. Overall I would say it was an average experience. The other guys charge over double , almost 300$

Paid a deposit for a screen protector and when I went in to pay the rest it was never ordered. Very shady company probably won't last long.

My husband and I initially dropped off a PS4 with a faulty disk drive near the end of October. They said it should be a simple repair after parts came in, needless to say that seems to be untrue. Each time weve made contact with them, theyve given us the runaround, saying the part wasnt there yet, clearly not remembering previous conversations where they had verified correct parts had in fact been delivered,. They also favor the excuse of, today was just so busy. Its rare to get any clear or definitive answers from staff, and they tend to talk in circles and never answer questions directly. Customer service is very poor, as they lack communication entirely. They ignore calls, and have even admitted to doing so, Oh, I saw your husband calling on caller ID but it was right during the prime rush before we closed yesterday. For this specific instance, I was actually standing right next to my husband when his call was hung up on at around midday. They are never honest, nor forthcoming with customers. I am so disappointed with our choice to go with this company, and wish I had been present with my husband to stop him from dealing with them. I will never recommend these people or their business to anyone.
